Business Valuation Expert Kristin Coffey Joins South Park Advisors
Rochester, NY: South Park Advisors is pleased to announce that Kristin Coffey, CVA, has joined the firm’s Rochester, NY office.
Kristin has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, working as a financial analyst, business valuation analyst, and consultant. Before joining South Park Advisors, Kristin served as a senior consulting manager at Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner, LLP, a full-service accounting firm in Buffalo, NY. Additionally, Kristin has held positions with Bonadio & Co., LLP, Mengel, Metzger, Barr & Co. LLP, and Empire Valuation Consultants, LLC. Her vast experience includes valuations of various equity classes for companies operating in the manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, and professional services industries, among others. In addition, her diverse valuation portfolio includes company and/or equity sales, estate and gift taxes, litigation services, ESOPs, recapitalizations, stock option plans, and divorce matters.
Furthermore, Kristin completed Collaborative Practice Training and Divorce Mediation Training in 2019-2020 to enhance her abilities as a financial neutral facilitator in a collaborative divorce setting. Kristin is a member of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation (NYSCDM) and the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area (CLARA).
Kristin is currently studying for her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) designation.
