Rob will present ESOP Valuation in Uncertain Times as part of the ESOP Fundamentals Track. The session will address how today’s economic environment is influencing ESOP valuation practices, including the ways heightened uncertainty can alter valuation assumptions, expand diligence requirements, and introduce new analytical considerations.
Attendees will gain insight into recent macroeconomic uncertainties, how those factors may affect ESOP valuations, and the types of questions fiduciaries and advisors should anticipate as part of a well supported valuation process. The session will be especially relevant for ESOP trustees, company leadership, and professional advisors navigating a complex and evolving landscape.
Rob brings more than 25 years of valuation experience working with private and public companies across a wide range of industries and transaction types. His practice includes extensive work with ESOPs, business succession planning, estate and gift tax reporting, recapitalizations, stock based compensation, and other complex valuation matters.
