This annual event is the largest gathering of ESOP professionals in the country, drawing more than 2,000 employee-owners, thought leaders, and industry experts.
Rob’s session, titled ESOP Valuation in Uncertain Times, will be held on Tuesday, November 4 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM PT. He will begin with a brief overview of the ESOP valuation process, followed by a discussion of current economic uncertainties and how they may influence different aspects of valuation. The session will conclude with insights into how these changes could affect final value conclusions.
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of recent economic shifts, explore how these developments may impact ESOP valuations, and learn how to prepare for diligence questions that arise in today’s evolving environment.
