Attended annually by more than 2,000 employee-owners, thought leaders, and professional advisors, Employee Owned is the largest ESOP conference in the world and serves as a premier forum for education, networking, and collaboration within the employee ownership community.
On Tuesday, November 3, Rob will moderate the session, Trust in Distributed & Hybrid Teams, as part of the interactive workshop, Culture, Alignment, & Engagement. The session will explore practical strategies for strengthening communication across divisions and teams, building trust in hybrid work environments, and improving organizational alignment and engagement within employee-owned companies.
