South Park Advisors is excited to announce that Rob Hilton has been selected to serve on The ESOP Association’s Public Policy Council from 2025 through 2027. This appointment highlights Rob’s dedication to employee ownership and his active role in advocating for the ESOP community.
As a member of the Public Policy Council, Rob will contribute to shaping The ESOP Association’s public policy initiatives, working closely with the Government Relations team to enhance advocacy efforts. His expertise and leadership will be instrumental in advancing the ESOP movement and ensuring a strong future for employee ownership.
Rob has more than 25 years of experience providing valuation services to private and public companies ranging in size from less than $1 million to $1 billion in sales. His diverse portfolio of valuation services includes employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), business succession planning, estate & gift tax reporting, mediation, equity sales, buy/sell agreements, recapitalizations, stock option plans, charitable foundation reporting, and lending purposes.
