The ESOP Association’s Advisory Committee works to ensure the community has access to the best and most current information, education, and resources. Committee members additionally play an active role in producing content appearing in The ESOP Association’s publications, webinars, and events.
Rob has more than 25 years of experience providing valuation services to private and public companies ranging in size from less than $1 million to $1 billion in sales. His diverse portfolio of valuation services includes employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), business succession planning, estate & gift tax reporting, mediation, equity sales, buy/sell agreements, recapitalizations, stock option plans, charitable foundation reporting, and lending purposes.
