South Park Advisors is proud to announce that Rob Hilton will be a featured speaker at The ESOP Association’s Multi-State Conference at the Mohegan Pennsylvania, September 25-27, 2024. This collaborative regional chapter event is hosted by the New York / New Jersey and the Pennsylvania / Delaware Chapters of The ESOP Association.
Rob will present two sessions at the conference, including:

- Ask The Experts: For Mature ESOPs
In his first session, Rob will address the basics of ESOP valuation in the context of how employees at all levels might enhance company value. The objective of this session is to help attendees recognize what drives value and how they may enhance the value of their ESOP stock.
The “Ask the Experts” sessions are a great opportunity for participants to engage directly with a panel of seasoned ESOP professionals, including legal advisors, financial consultants, communication specialists, and trustees.
