Business Valuation Expert David J. Peer Joins South Park Advisors
South Park Advisors is pleased to announce that David J. Peer, ASA, has joined the firm’s Rochester, NY office.
David has more than 15 years of experience providing valuation services to private companies ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $1 billion in sales. His diverse valuation experience includes employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), business succession and exit planning, estate and gift tax reporting, shareholder litigation, mediation, family law matters, equity transactions, buy/sell agreements, buying and selling businesses, forensic accounting, and recapitalizations.
Prior to joining South Park Advisors, David served a director in the Advisory and Consulting Services group at Marcum LLP, a top-ranked national accounting and advisory firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurial, middle-market companies, and high net worth individuals achieve their goals.
