providing business valuation, litigation support, and related advisory services. His diverse knowledge includes estate & gift tax reporting, business succession planning, charitable contribution, shareholder dispute, equitable distribution, solvency opinions, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), merger &
acquisitions, recapitalizations, and stock option plans.
Bryan began his career at First Union National Bank, where he was involved in developing the bank’s third-party business valuation group. Bryan was a founding member of Enterprise Valuation Consulting, LLC, a small valuation firm specializing in business valuation and litigation support services, which is now part of South Park Advisors. With his deep networking roots in Charlotte and entrepreneurial spirit, his partnership with Rob Snowden was a natural one. As Bryan says, “we are stronger together.”
Bryan is also qualified as an expert witness in arbitration and court hearings.
