Their session, ESOP Advocacy 101, will explore why advocacy matters for ESOPs and employee owners, provide updates on key federal and state legislative developments, and discuss practical ways to support and advance employee ownership at both the chapter and national levels.
Rob brings more than 25 years of valuation experience working with private and public companies across a wide range of industries and transaction types. His practice includes extensive work with ESOPs, business succession planning, estate and gift tax reporting, recapitalizations, stock-based compensation, and other complex valuation matters.
