South Park Advisors is pleased to announce that Rob Hilton has once again been selected to serve as a member on the 2025 ESOP Association’s Advisory Committee on Valuation. The ESOP Association’s Advisory Committee works to ensure the community has access to the best and most current information, education, and resources. Committee members additionally play an active role in producing content appearing in The ESOP Association’s publications, webinars, and events.
Rob has more than 25 years of experience providing valuation services to private and public companies ranging in size from less than $1 million to $1 billion in sales. His diverse portfolio of valuation services includes employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), business succession planning, estate & gift tax reporting, buy/sell agreements, recapitalizations, stock option plans, and charitable foundation reporting. Additionally, Rob has extensive experience analyzing covenants not to compete and other restrictive covenants.
