South Park Advisors is proud to announce that Rob Hilton will be a featured speaker at The ESOP Association’s 2025 New York/New Jersey Spring Chapter Conference, held at the Woodcliff Hotel in Rochester, New York.
Rob will present a session titled Will Re-Leveraging Go Down with the Shipp? This session will provide an in-depth exploration of re-leveraging—what it is, why companies engage in it, and key considerations for professionals involved in such transactions. Rob will also discuss the Shipp v. Central States Manufacturing case and its implications for how re-leverage transactions are viewed in light of recent legal developments.
In addition to his presentation, Rob, as Vice President of Programming for the New York/New Jersey Chapter, will open the conference with updates from The ESOP Association and the New York/New Jersey Chapter, and will lead the celebration of the Chapter Award Winners, including the Employee Owner of the Year and ESOP Company of the Year awards.
